The Event builder let's you run the Simulation without relying on the powertrain, as is shown in the attached file of basically the same Simulation, 1 second of full throttle starting at 0.1 seconds
If you want to see values when it Comes to Transmission then you Need to use the Event builder to debug you System up to a Point where it can pass the static solver
