Adams car suspension analysis error. (Initialization of Suspension Characteristics, Calculations Failed error)

I had trying to analysis my own created template, but when I try a suspension analysis, I got suspension characteristics calculation failed error. Can some one help me to solve this. I attached my assembly file, subsystem file with error msg file.

I debugged my parameter and communicator errors and my kinematic analysis was success but as you mentioned earlier the static equilibrium was failed even though I added spring to my model. But as far as I know the error message was due to my spring only. can you please help me to solve this problem by rectifying what mistake i had done. I attached the .msg, .tpl, .asy, and .sub files.
