Error in doing flex of lower control arm using Viewflex in Aview, failed in mnf creation

Now I have succeded with the Boolean function and able to combine the bodies.Next I want to flex the lca using Viewflex,I am getting this error mnf creation failed

I have used this as an input

Can anyone solve this

Sundeep,

You would need to go to the Advanced Settings to (a) properly generate a mesh and (b) select proper attachment points. When generating the attachment points, you would need to carefully create RBE2 elements to connect the attachment marker (master node) to the slave nodes on surfaces, edges, or similar.

If you need help with this and have access to our eLearning courses, I recommend that you go through the course ADM710 . For more details on ViewFlex, you can review section 11.

Hey Maziar I am saying that mnf has failed because its showing the error(mnf creation failed) dialogue box when I hit the viewflex to generate mesh after providing this as an input.

This is the answer of your first part how I can say that mnf creation failed and ViewFlex has failed to create the flexible body part

Talking about the lisence part I am doing this flex analysis in Adams view which is endorsed with lisence,I have adams flex licence too but its no way related as I am doing this flex in Aview itself

Now I am attaching fo6 file

Pls solve this issue as immediate as possible

If you want I can provide u the database as well

But I noticed one thing when I opened temp_mesh_file in Adams/Flex

Its showing 4 files generated in which one file is showing both shown below

I don't what this has done but I want to create the flex in Aview so that I can call this in Acar and do my stress,deformation analysis.

And this is the fbl_tmp_mesh_0.mnf file that have been generated during viewflex inspite of showing error in Aview.I am calling this file in Adams/flex and got these 4 files generated.

Am I going in right direction

I want to do flex of the lower control arm using Viewflex in Aview itself but since I got the mnf file created(inspite its showing error that mnf creation failed in Aview),can I directly use this mnf file in Acar to flex the lower control arm

Pls guide me

Hey Maziar,I am now able to create mnf file successfully using Viewflex after doing proper attachments.I called that mnf file in Adams car to flex the lower control arm .Now I want to export loads for FEA after doing dynamic suspension analysis ,Its showing deformation but non von mise stresses during animation.

I am not able to get the von mises stress distribution in my countor plot but able to get deformation plots
