Is there a tool to convert .ezrpd files to .csv files? I know for a simulation it is possible to output a csv when running, but I need to convert already run cases.

There are two options available to you:

1) From an EASY5 Command Shell, you can type:

easy5x -B ModelName.simulation -csv

to convert ModelName.simulation.ezrpd to ModelName.simulation.csv

2) You can open the Plotter separately and then open that ezrpd file. Then go to the Export menu and tell it to Export the plot file to CSV.
