MSC Apex Community Forum I have pipe to pipe model but its tight fit. when i subrtract two model i get a shape like below. how can fix this situation to do hex mesh.

attached, there is a small face in the contact region between the solids. If you delete it and close the gap with edge drag a hexmesh is possible with axial splits. Check the "split" surfaces in the attached model.
