Can I import an abaqus input file (.inp) or output file (.odb) into patran?

I am trying to calculate the fatigue damage (random analysis) and the model is already setup using abaqus. I want to see if I can run the model again using Nastran (if possible after converting) or review the results and extract the RMS and zero crossing
