Patran start denied. Requesting 77 Campus licenses

Hi together,

We changed our licence server yesterday. Since then, it is not possible to start patran anymore. In the serverlog I find the following problem.

08:24:57 (MSC) DENIED: "CAMPUS" xxx@xxx [CAMPUS:PATRAN] (77 licenses) (Licensed number of users already reached. (-4,342))

Why does the start of patran need 77 Campus Tokens ?

I thought Patran needs 13 MSCONE Tokens?

We changed nothing in our settings and also our license.dat file is the same as before.

You're correct that Patran needs 13 tokens when using MSC One. That message suggests that Patran's looking at a MasterKey token licence - it needs 77 MasterKey (Campus) tokens.

You say you changed the licence server yesterday; what was the change exactly? Do you have MasterKey tokens as well as MSC One tokens? Is Patran looking at the right licence server?
