When cleaning your Tip, have you had your ball come off in your hand ?

I recently had a ruby ball come off as I was cleaning the tip, should I try to reglue it and use it or just scrap it?

If they can be reglued what type of glue should I use?

Wow, you guys really let this one slip by you !! Cleaning your tip ???? Ball in your hand ??? Ohhh, its way too funny ? Make sure you don't hit yourself in the forehead when cleaning your tip either !!
