About elections - no politics here !

Just one question, whatever the country, whatever the election:
When you vote, in general, do you vote for one candidate or against another ...?
The point of this question is not to know who you vote for, just how you do it ...

  • I normally vote for the policies that the parties are promoting and if they align with my views at the time they get my vote this means I have voted for
    most major parties over the years. I have also done a few protest votes if I think none of the major parties are inline with what I want so my vote
    will go to the fringe groups but whatever I always vote.
