Now a days anyone good with some years experience should be making over 30 bucks an hour easy. How this works is if you have been with your company a few years and they are not coming up with the rate you want its time to move on to another place. That is our reality. Just look what is out there. In Detroit we are getting up to $45.00 an hour and with very little over time you are making 6 figures baby.
