Need some help

I am new to using PC-DMIS and trying to write a program. I have aligned the part and taken my measurements. What do I need to do so that when I move the part and put a different(butsame) part on my table it will be able to automatically run the program? Will I need to do a manual align everytime the part is moved? Thanks in advance for the help.

Ok. So there is no way that you can make an alignment, move the part and recall that alignment and pcdmis will "move" the alignment after you take a few points?
