Dear everybody!
This is my first post.
has anybody an idea?
my problem is next.:
I got a question about DMIS from one user, and I can not find a solution yet.
The following should be the case. During the test run (animate path) in online version the
graphical display shows the movement of the animation continuously displays the head(wrist) in
a position in which the reality , not programmed , and the animation does not follow the orders of
the head rotation. and shows the rotation, but the following points already feel bad re-animated
shows head position . In offline version, it can not be experienced.
I would ask for help if you can ..
Thanks..
p.s.: my ver.: 2011 mr1
use 'pathlines from cursor' either that, or the tip angle you selected is not really 'calibrated'. Check your probe file and make sure none of the angles have a '*' next to them. Thats the most common reason I've seen.
Thank you..
pathlines from cursor is working.. but just to the next head-rotating.. i got 6 head position in the program.. too much work 6 times mannualy rotate the head , then generating new pathlines..
the tips alredy calibrated..
I think there be some settings in settings editor or regystry about 'probe readout setup' but i dont find it..have you an idea about it?
thank you again
Yes i tried.. and the graphic don't changed..somebody says , the really problem is that: the head sends its realtime position to pcdmis , therefore change the animated head position during the animation
furthermore therefore working good in offline mode..
If you need to 'manually' rotate the head position, add comments right before the change and tell the opperator what to change it to, then in offline mode, you can open up your probe toolbox from the [edit>other windows] and manually change the angle so you can verify your paths.
I have this happen quite often. The way to correct it so the probe shows the correct orientation is to "clean" up the vectors in the manual features that are used in the first (manual) alignment. They should all be 0,0,1 as an example or whatever the theoretical of each features is. This does not happen prior to any other alignments. Remember to answer no to updating features with the new alignment when you make a change or your nominals for features after the alignment will change. I am in the habit of always correcting these before I continue any other programming. It makes for cleaner programs and less glitches.
