Can someone tell me the best way to calibrate a shank probe as seen in the picture above

I totally agree with you Mr. Mannes & Pwhitsa...sorry for the confusion.

Honestly, I don't use shank probe, but I know a few programmers who do it. I guess I just wanted to give the OP what these guys use in the settings.
