I bought two new probes and discovered that they are not listed in the probe utility box. How can I add them so I can use them.

Make sure that you open the .dat file that is created, copy and paste into your userprobe.dat file or it will not show up in the probe utility box drop downs. also make sure your connection type is correct for your probing head/machine setup.
