Alignment Rotation Problem

Hello,

I have a strange problem with doing Alignments, I can't rotate with offset angle when using Alignment Window. The field offset angle is shaded. It's working ok when typing in but it's a bit annoying and time consuming.
We're running 2013 version. No changes to software or PC upgrade made. Anyone experienced something similar?

  • Sorry for late feedback, I'm working weekends.
    As NinjaBadger pointed I can't put any value as the field is grayed. Even if I type in value first and then select feature it will not apply any rotation.

    So I'll have to upgrade to 2014 v.

    No you wont!!


    Simply do it in two steps.


    1) Select Feature > Select Axis > Click 'Rotate'
    2) Enter Offset Rotation Value > Click Rotate

    Bada-bing!


    Note: +ve values are CCW around whichever axis is selected in the 'About' field.
