Just started at a new company a few days ago and they have a touch trigger scanning probe (sm25). I managed to set it up with no prior knowledge of what i was doing but all ive managed is single line scans. I dont have a CAD and need to know how to do a patch scan across the surface of the part. As of right now Ive managed to map the scan without issues but when I go to finish the feature and i goes to test it, the first point just jams into the part and stops. Any ideas?
In the probe calibration window there is a box for partial calibration, uncheck that box so it does a full scan calibration, you are going to need to do this with your master probe as well. Also, when scanning try to scan with your most robust probe
