Was the software installed and run the first time with Administrator privileges? Try and run the software by right clicking the shortcut and 'run as administrator' to see if this works.
I had that message right after a hard drive crash and we were installing everything back on a new pc.
One of the port locks has a wrong value. I had to change one from 1 to nul.
I can't remember which one. Hopefully someone else can expand on this.
I had tech support do a remote takeover to find it.
Unless you just did a reinstall of PC-DMIS, it looks like your controller is not starting up. From the DLL it looks like this is a vision system.
Did you try to install a new version of PC-DMIS?
