TCP/IP failed ???????

I've tried looking to see if anyone has had this problem with no luck. When I fire up PCDMIS I get a TCP/IP communication failed switch to RS/232 . I'm running PCDMIS 2015.0 and a brown and sharp global cmm . Thanks in advance .

When we had that issue, it was related to our antivirus software.

Can I ask what you did to rectify this? We have the same TCP/IP issue. Before that, our antivirus software cut off the cable to the network. IT un-installed the antivirus, but now we have the TCP/IP error.
