How to Calibrate Probe using 2 Spheres

I am using a "T" calibration tool with one sphere towards the front and one towards the back. I need to calibrate A90B0 & A90B180. How do I go about doing this? Thanks for your help and I will attach a picture as soon as I can. Using PC-DMIS 2014.

If I move the calibration sphere do I need to re-calibrate it? And that's what I ended up doing, just rotated the calibration sphere.

You just have to answer "yes, the sphere move".
If you don't answer it and calibrate Man+DCC, it will calculate offsets from older position !
