The proper probe options settings vary based on controller and other hardware. Hexagon should have supplied you with the proper settings for you CMM system when it was set up with the SP25.
I am startled you say you have had Hexagon technicians look at this and it still not be fixed.
My last piece of advice on this matter: Delete all probe files and rebuild from scratch. Sometimes they get corrupted.
