So I just grabbed my phone and timed an edit on an Xact measure t.p.
Time from clicking edit until dialogue box opens and fully loads: 41 seconds
Time from clicking okay until dialogue box closes: 1 minute 6 seconds
That's nearly two minutes just to open and close. It's been this way with every t.p. dimension that I have created in 2017. Saving the program also gives me several seconds of the spinning blue wheel. If this is a bug and not just something on my end then I might have to go back to 2016 until the first service pack. Ain't nobody got time for that.
I haven't seen this at all, even with large programs.
