Questions about bladerunner doesn't generate rpt file with scaning data

I used the pcdmis(cad++ 2020 MR1) to scan a blade single part with old version program, when I finished the scaning, pcdmis only generate the rpt file in the "result" folder but no data in it.
I had checked the blade.rtf in the folder of bladerunner, it is ok. Who can tell me what is the problem. Thanks.

    I'm running an older version of DMIS but in order for Blade to interpret the data you must use a profile dimension of the scans and have the "TEXT = ON", not "TEXT = OFF" toggled.
    You shouldn't report anything else, comments etc as Blade will not read it.
