Gear Tooth Vectors Changing

Team,
We are taking hits on a gear tooth using Pressure Angle, Helix angle vectors. When these vectors are applied they change. Please see attached document. We want to use the I,J,K vectors to capture the gear tooth profile.

We actually just tried using assigned vectors and I believe it's working, but if someone has another way please share. Thank you.
