I’ve came across this problem a few times and I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or how to fix it. I have attached the Code if anyone can help. Meant to say X and Z in this program but sometimes it can be x and y. Also SLTRF is off as well.
If so, you have to remember that you are measuring that circle in the machine's coordinates, not the part coordinates. The part coordinates take affect after any alignment using part features.
Your recall alignment should be A1 in your DEF alignment.
No it doesn't. Those features are measured in A1. The following alignment can recall any alignment. DEF is now using those features. Many people recall STARTUP after main alignments to not have the software "think so much" recalling numerous piggy-backed alignments.
I mean “CYLE” cir12 and CYLE are the same feature. I just used a circle at first and then wanted to use a cylinder for my DCC alignment. Shouldn’t the CYLE be at 0,0,0??
Emdee Just saw this, adjust your SPACER for the plane (manual and DCC). It is set at 0. You will have poor repeatability at that. Increase it and see if there is an improvement. If not, then there might be a fixturing issue. Also as UKCMM stated, change LIN1 to 2D rather than 3D.
