I am having trouble with a CMM at my new shop. I have never had this problem with any other machines prior to this one. When I open the program, there is a message that says "Offnen" which means "Open." I can close the message, but then it pops up again after about 5 seconds. I can preview the recent programs, but it does not let me open them. I tried turning everything off and on, and unplugging all of the chords and plugging them back in. It keeps happening after about 2 days now. Contacted Hexagon, but they take forever to respond. Has anyone had this problem before?
bfire85 We do have a USB plugged in, but it was plugged in when the issue occurred. I did switch the port it was plugged into. Did nothing. And yes, we have been running it under the current license. Just happened randomly when i attempted to run a program.
JoeFetter95 I'm running 2020 R2. When I was having trouble running I put a ticket in with Hexagon and that was the first thing they suggested was to turn off the home screen. Cured my problem.
ogcharliebrown I cannot even access that right now from what I can tell. I put a ticket in yesterday, but they only sent me a 1 email today for quick fixes. Did not do anything. I called again to get the ticket upgraded to a higher priority. Hopefully someone will contact me tomorrow. Thanks for the help. I will keep trying tomorrow to see if I can get into the setup menu. But F5 does not work, and it is not one of the options in the toolbar right now, as per usual
