Cannot open programs. "Open" Message keeps popping up even after I close it.

I am having trouble with a CMM at my new shop. I have never had this problem with any other machines prior to this one. When I open the program, there is a message that says "Offnen" which means "Open." I can close the message, but then it pops up again after about 5 seconds. I can preview the recent programs, but it does not let me open them. I tried turning everything off and on, and unplugging all of the chords and plugging them back in. It keeps happening after about 2 days now. Contacted Hexagon, but they take forever to respond. Has anyone had this problem before?

  • I cannot even access that right now from what I can tell. I put a ticket in yesterday, but they only sent me a 1 email today for quick fixes. Did not do anything. I called again to get the ticket upgraded to a higher priority. Hopefully someone will contact me tomorrow. Thanks for the help. I will keep trying tomorrow to see if I can get into the setup menu. But F5 does not work, and it is not one of the options in the toolbar right now, as per usual

    You can also disable the home screen from the setting editor. In the english version of the software there is a setting called 'ShowHomePage'. Changing that setting to False will disable the home screen.
