I checked all the permissions of the folders and the registry.
The only difference is that I loaded a backup from the Settings Editor from the 2020R2 version.
Now when I want to open the help (either English or German) the following error shows up:
Both English and German Help Files are installed. And no matter how many times a restart it will not work.
The main user of this machine tells me that the help file didn't work either in the 2020R2 installation.
This leads me to believe that maybe something in the Settings Editor is set the wrong way, as I loaded the backup from this version.
Anyone has an Idea what I can do to get this to work?
Is this the intended design
neil.challinor? Sounds like a bad design, in order to enable the offline help, you must quit what you are doing, close out and enable the offline help from the "start" page. I'd rather see a change so that the menu item is available "anywhere".

In the v2021.2 install on our Tigo I can see and change the toggle inside a routine. Only on this new install of 2023.1 on another machine I'm seeing this behavior.
I suspect that something didn't install/migrate correctly because I also have this weird bar on the homepage (see post further down).
Btw... how do you mention someone in a comment? I can only mention someone in a new post....
