Problem with Offline Help

Hello all

We just upgraded one of our machines (Leitz PMM-C) from 2020R2 to 2023.1.

I closely followed the guide from Neil in my own thread here: https://www.pcdmisforum.com/forum/pc-dmis-enterprise-metrology-software/tips-tricks/498149-installing-pc-dmis-on-a-new-computer

I checked all the permissions of the folders and the registry.
The only difference is that I loaded a backup from the Settings Editor from the 2020R2 version.

Now when I want to open the help (either English or German) the following error shows up:



Both English and German Help Files are installed. And no matter how many times a restart it will not work.

The main user of this machine tells me that the help file didn't work either in the 2020R2 installation.
This leads me to believe that maybe something in the Settings Editor is set the wrong way, as I loaded the backup from this version.

Anyone has an Idea what I can do to get this to work?

    Sorry to bother you guys...

    Just want to clarify regarding the strange bar and the not available help toggle inside of a routine.
    The bar is not present and the toggle is present on another installation (v2021.2).

    Is this something that got changed or is it possible a corrupt installation.
    If not by design what would be the best way of fixing it without loosing my settings?
