I am problems with PC-DMIS not wanting to launch the Power Point work instructions that i have inserted into the program. I insert them offline, and then try to test the program at the machine and I get a Failure to Launch error. Then the icon disappears. We are currently running the 2020R2 version. It worked fine in the 2019 version.
I am not checking the 'link' box. Now I am finding out that it will not launch on my offline computer also, if I quit the program and reopen it. Before I was just inserting the Power Point into the program, and saving it, and going out to the online machine, and testing it. Now, I am just testing offline, and finding out, if I close the program, and reopen it, the Power Point icon will disappear and not launch. It will work fine when I execute the program, but as soon as I close the program, and reopen it, the icon becomes blank.
