problem with evalutaing runout

Hello folks,
I have a problem evaluating a runout. It gives me the error message "this tolerance requires a data to be measured in circular cross sections".
But my auto cylinder is circular...

Thank you for your help Neil! Yeah unfortunately it is a plastic part so everything is kinda wonky
