How to clean the CMM machine?

Morning all, hope everyone is good and everything is fine ...

Our plant has a Global S on the floor where dust is flying 24x7. I attached pictures for advise how to clear dust to maintain the machine . And how often should I try to clean ?

I had a CMM in a dirty shop that I was responsible for

They had to clean it twice a week (dust in the air) and get it re-hosed every other year (CMM was running off of a dirty air system that they refused to upgrade yet for some reason would spend ~$15k on the service call when the machine went down :confused
