I got an job to measure the wire, around datum A for 40 min, but how to start measure it?
The wire is about 11 mm from B to C
( I hided the exactly car coordinate system for B and C )

MY GUESS:
"A" Cylinder is 'level' and 2 axis origins
"B" is the last axis origin
"C" is clocking feature to control rotation about the "A" cylinder.
A cyl looks like level in X-axis and Y origin
B point locks X-axis
C point locks Z-axis

Align as needed
Manual point for B
Align as needed
Manual point for C
Align as needed
DCC
Use iterative align to finalize the alignment
Measuring B and C as cylinders may require the above building blocks to prevent the machine getting 'lost'
