Lower matrix not Coming in.

My Lower matrix isn't coming in and I'm wondering if there are any tips that can help?

Along with this the reason I'm doing a lower matrix calibration is because our CMM will run for a few days then it starts to show non-conforming parts, so we run a known good part witch came back bad, so we started with cleaning the tips, scales and table. re-ran the known good part and still bad then we moved on to normal calibration, calibrating all tips we use in all of our programs. after that we ran the part again and it still came back bad, so cleaned everything again and moved to do a lower matrix calibration. Now we are to the point where my lower matrix look like this after an attempt to run it.

  • I don't think this will have any impact at all, but per PCDMIS help, LSPX1H heads for rack calibration and lower matrix need to specifically be named LSPX1H_CAL_PROBECHANGER

LSPX1H_CAL_PROBECHANGER is a cylindrical tip, used to calibrate the probe changer. I don't think it can be used for a lower matrix, because the vertical ways along x and y and the cross along z cannot defined the rotations of the head.
