Error in connect=0 can’t seem to solve.

2017 PC-DMIS, just updated computer for first time. Windows and PC-DMIS. Also connected to router which could have messed up settings. pC-DMIS says tcpip 100.0.0.1, card 100.0.0.2, 100duplex. No response to ping.

    • Thank you for your time, and I will share  just in case it helps another.  No finger pointing, so please don’t misunderstand.  Like NinjaBadger said, (I’ve seen it before.)
    •  And it might be my misunderstanding, but NIC for network was named Machine, and NIC for CMM was named Local Area Connection 2.  Sounds backwards to me.  I renamed them for myself, but the bottom line was I was trying to connect the wrong card which was connected to a router not the CMM control.  Im sure if I had an IT guy I would have saved a lot of time, but there you are.  Cheers
