 Changing Negative Nominals to Positive

That’s the way it’s supposed to be. The Z is over sized so there’s no Negative sign. However the Y is undersized so there’s a negative. That’s exactly what you need to see. The report is right. To get rid of the negative sign, make the part correct to print!!!

OOT is positive because it's a total number. the TOTAL deviation is a value of .49

IF deviation + SIGN , OOT  ALSO SHOULD BE SAME SIGN WHAT TO DO?
