OFFLINE PCDMIS 2023.2 will not open any existing programs or create new one

Is your program folder path on a Network Drive? It may be permissions related.

Did they run the new version of PC-DMIS as Admin?

I have never seen clicking on New Routine do nothing before.

Yes, I tried with IT to run as admin, same results

So the programs folder Search Path is not on a Network Drive then?

Is it possible to open existing programs?

Search path is set up for c drive , I cant open any existing programs as well

Is this an existing license that was then migrated to the new computer? Or is the Computer + Offline seat both new? 

Instead of clicking the new routine/open routine widgets on the home page can you click on the top left. File > New or File > Open?

Did you initialize the offline license via CLM? 

yes, this license was transfer from another comp

Is your license updated to run 2023.2? 

this is good question; I assume that they did. Otherwise, I think I wouldn't be able to lunch PCDMIS at all..
