Use Pin should be set to NO because it's already modeled as an Outside Diameter. The depth is the distance from the nominal height that the hits are taken at (PC-DMIS defaults to whichever end of the cylinder you clicked closest to when selecting the cylindrical face). You should also turn off the Void Detection toggle, as this can mess up the spacing of the hits and cause the Depth function to work incorrectly.
