What happens if you expand your decimal output another couple of places?

Hi Don, in this picture you see the upper tolerance is 0.020mm and the deviation is 0.017mm so it shouldn't make a difference.
Sorry I forgot to first change the language to English so its easier to understand.

Can you share this routine so we can check out some things?  Is it proprietary?  Can you repeat it on a  more generic part like a demo block?

I will be able to send you the routine on Monday. I'm out of office for the rest of the week. Then I will check if I can replicate this behavior on another routine.

As written there it looks like its reproducible as long as the math type is set to LSQ (inside the GDT command) and the measured value is close enough to the tolerance.

Hi Aaron, sorry that one is on me. I have validated the issue and raised a ticket for it PCD-258971. We had an issue in earlier versions when LSQ math tolerance zones were not being drawn correctly (they used the default math zones) so you had this type of issue. We thought it had been corrected and indeed it has for the tolerance zones and points. We are however not plotting the colours correctly when the data is biased as in your case. The default math works fine. Thank you for bringing this to your attention.
