Usere defined calibration greyed out

Can you check "User defined" box (see attached).

Sorry? What do you mean? I posted the pic on the first post where i show my "User defined" box and it's all unavaible, as you can see.

Do you have SP25 sensor? And thos options are enabled in your case?

Did you happen to read over this at all yet? It mentions the SP25

Thank you but this is only for using the partial calibration so you don't have to wait for the scanning process (beacuse when sp25 calibrate, first it takes hit on qual sphere and then it make 10 scans over it).

So it doesn't solve this "problem".

Ah sorry, I'll take a look around more in case.

For now I think now going back to what Beck's said about the SP25 having its own settings may be okay. Did you try to calibrate without worrying about user defined options? Or is that not working for you and that is why you need to set user defined setting?

Yes, in all thhese years i calibrated without minding it and all worked, more or less, good. But i was thinking that i could improve the level of calibiration if i could change it, like on my HPSX1C, where, if i have a small probe and it gives me error, i can fix the error changing the angle it starts to calibrate.

So i think... yes, if no one else comes out, Beck's is right.

You can use the user defined settings only if you tick the partial calibration box in the previous window. (Not at work sorry for no screenshot)

Once you have done the full scan calibration one time for each probe the SP25 will allow the Demon to run partial calibration until you reset the probes again. It's best to use parameter sets to make things easy and not do silly things like rotate a long probe through the sphere because you picked them in the wrong order. 99.5% of our programs are TTP so we don't like to waste the time on calibrating the scanning.
