We just purchased a Romer Infinite 2.0 six axis arm a couple of months ago. For whatever reason I will start taking hits and the arm will just stop responding. It won’t take a hit and it won’t beep. It doesn’t happen all the time, it’s sporadic. Has anyone experienced this problem? Any suggestions? If I exit PC DMIS and then start it back up it will start working again.
It’s been a while since I have logged into the forum. I believe I have resolved my issue with the arm turning off. The laptop that we received with the arm was an older model and basically all I had to do was update some drivers for the video card. After updating the drivers we have not had a problem. I guess the newer model laptops do not have this problem. Hope that helps.
