Mesh License?

To get the mesh you would have to make a point cloud first. Out of that point cloud then you would create the mesh out of it by defining the settings based on your preference. I had to hide my model in order for the mesh to be clear and mess around with the settings until i got what i needed

Thats what it looks like currently. I don't see anything relating to mesh, except on the actual scan widget.

It looks like you dont have mesh on there just cloudpoint data. Go to Insert > Mesh > Feature

Then click on the cloupoint you need to create a mesh for. Then play around with the settings until you get the mesh you desire, once you click apply you should be able to see the mesh data. For me once i hid the CAD model then i was able to have a clear mesh of what i needed.

I totally missed that, my bad. Perhaps your version doesn't have the mesh license? Mine appears right under the "Gage" option

Ours isn't under the pointcloud menu, but a Mesh menu. But as far as I am aware we were told we don't have the proper licensing for Mesh. So I am now confused. This may also be a 2023 thing, which I recently upgraded to.

We shall wait on @hexagon to reply to this, I guess. I figure it has something to do with the license not being activated properly.
Maybe if I say "PolyWorks seems like a better option" it will summon someone? 

So it looks like I do have access to Mesh? At least in this offline seat. But when I open any programs with an HP-L-10.10 laser scanner while offline it tells me I don't have a valid license

Exciting, that would seem to confirm that "mesh" is an option that can be turned on and off. 

Yes, Mesh is a license option.  You can see it in the screenshot WilliamL shared.  Check what you ordered and contact your local Hexagon office if you believe there's been a mistake.

Hey Neil, what is the "Option.PortableOffline"? Is that like to program offline as if you were using a Romer arm or something like that?
