2011 : focus detection error

I have 2010MR3 and 2011 on the PC. I can calibrate the CMM-V with no error on 2010MR3. I built the same probe on 2011, and the calibration stop with this kind of message : "Focus detection error in one position".
I have only two choices : retry or cancel. If I retry, it's the same, if I cancel, the probe is not calibrated !!!!!
What can I do ?
(I prefer 2011 for some fixed bugs on tool changer...)Confused

  • 2012 MR1 : one more time, I have some problems to calibrate CMM-Ve (optical calibration) : I works with 2010 MR3, but when I want to calibrate with 2011 or 2012 MR1, I have an error message TR MIN M2, parameter larger than permetted, and an axis W appears in probe result window, even if I don't have rotary table !!!!!
Another problem is that angles calibration doesn't give good results on a sphere between A0B0 and A90B90 (about 1 mm error !!!!!). It was Ok in december, and the problem appears on 2 CMM in january...
Any help would be appreciated ! I feel alone !
