cmm_ve calibration

does anyone know? when you calibrate the star probe for the cmm-ve angles do you have to everytime go to cmm-ve and add angles? or just the first time?

  • You have to do it each time, and moreover, you have to do it each time after had answer "yes, the sphere move"...
Personnaly, I calibrate all angles between A0B90 and A90B90, and I use a rotary table to use other angles !
I have also a dull sphere that I use to check the calibration, with a auto focus point on the radius, with tip vector, and a circle on equator. I would like to enter automatically deviation values in the probe calibration, but I don't know how to do it... I have usually some µm (between 5 and 30 !) between contact calibration and vision check...
