How to get data Min/Max diameter of circle

Hi. I have problems, I need out put data min and max diameter (or radius) and graphic after measure circle.

Please give me some advises.

Since version 2017R1, pc-dmis correctly reports 2 sizes for diameters using the SIZE dimension.
