PC-DMIS CAD x64 Versions crashes

Hi to all,
I am running PC-DMIS CAD 2017 R1 SP8 (x86) on all our Optiv classic 443s, I have installed 2017 R2 x64 version and it installs OK but when I run it it crashes, tried with 2018 R1 SP3 and it also crashes. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  • What version of windows are you running
    And there are a LOT of differences between x86 and x64. You probably won't be able to just "run"

    You're attempting to upgrade an OPTIV, to a NEW VERSION of the software, in an entirely different ARCHITECTURE, all by yourself?

    You're attempting to upgrade an OPTIV, to a NEW VERSION of the software, in an entirely different ARCHITECTURE, all by yourself? They had V2017 Release when new from factory, currently running 2017 R1 SP8 which is the last x86 release available. The issues that I have is that I can't run in protected mode, it crashes with x86 and x64 versions.
