PC-DMIS CAD x64 Versions crashes

Hi to all,
I am running PC-DMIS CAD 2017 R1 SP8 (x86) on all our Optiv classic 443s, I have installed 2017 R2 x64 version and it installs OK but when I run it it crashes, tried with 2018 R1 SP3 and it also crashes. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

  • This is a whole can of worms, sir.
    Getting an Optiv up and running alone is a BlTCH.
    Have you contacted a Hex-a-Tech to Czech out the situation?

    There's too many variables involved to get by without their help.
    Do you have all of the right DLL's? Did you install the Vision Interface? Did you backup/restore the settings editor? Did you make note of any file location changes between x86 and x64? Etc, etc, etc..

    About the 64-Bit and 32-Bit Versions: The following items are only supported in the 32-bit (x86) version of the software; they are not available in the 64-bit version. If you need this functionality, you will need to install a version of PC-DMIS that supports a 32-bit version (such as PC-DMIS 2017 R1).
    •Vision (MEI, QVI, ROI, TESAI++, and TESAVISIO
