Does Pc-Demon V4.1 Vision have alot of bugs, expecially with kicking you straight out of th program. Seems like alls it wants to do is kick me out.

Registration errors usually show at install time. Had you tried installing V4.2? I believe there is an issue with some reporting OCX files which are not compatible with running side by side with earlier versions.
