Frame Grabber Error Optiv 321

Hello,

I did follow the steps on trouble shooting the frame grabber error. The issue I am currently having is that you can see the live camera on IDS. But when I open PC-DMIS, the frame grabber error still comes up and the camera still does not work.

Have you contacted tech support? I am curious if the correct machine interface selections are made. Did you do any recent updates?

Yes! tech support has been contacted. The hard drive actually crashed so the license was transferred to a different computer. However, I believe IT was able to clone it. All the kinks have been resolved except for this last one.

Did you transfer all the proper files from the ProgramData folder? Reinstall your backup settings? Update any drivers?
