Please help. How can I password protect either the programs or the PCDMIS Online. I know the PCDMIS Operator restricts editing. However there's nothing to keep the operator or anyone for that matter from opening the Online option to edit. I have version 4.1.

you could 'upgrade' from 4.1 to v2010 or higher. These later versions give YOU the option to permit the cave-monkeys to run programs in
protected mode ONLY.
this prevents them from editing the program, layout, report and in general blocks the "hey, i wonder what THIS icon does" urge from being carried out.
(a common trait in all cave-monkeys)
Protected mode has worked out quite well so far.... at least for us.
