For the last time: Complex data collection does not equal "confused operator"

Here we go again. A customer wants to make their data acquisition from hand gauges more effective. Great. This is what we do...

Me: O-QIS procella. That is the tool you want to use

Customer: With what gauges this can be used?

Me: With any gauge you have...

Customer: How complex the test plan can be?

Me: *smiling during the answer* Very, very complex my friend. 

Customer: Oh, so you mean that procella is too complex and will confuse our operators? That is not what we want... 

Me: *visible confusion*

Also me: Nah my man. The test plan can be complex as hell if that is what is required because of your specific type of production / quality control. But procella itself guide the operator. It is not complex for them. They just follow the instruction. And on top of that you get the chance to do real SPC. How great is this?

Customer: Give me 20 of those....
